RECOGNIZED EU-STATION (NL-8481)

  • During the week, fresh semen can be ordered daily before 08:30 and will be delivered the next day.
  • From the stallions Meinte 490, Tymen 503, Matthys 504, Hilbrand 525, Hilbert 529, Jorke 532 and Mans 543 is fresh semen available in 2024 for shipping in Europe.
  • The breeding season ends on 15 august.
  • For particulair regions in Germany and in Belgium same day delivery and in the weekend is possible. No delivery is possible on Sundays and bank holidays, however you can always collect the semen.
  • Semen ordering can be by email info@hhgebrvanmanen.com . Always check in if you have an email back or check by phone (0031-318513371) if we received your order.
  • We are a European EU-Station: NL-8481, we have a certificate for shipping fresh and frozen semen from our stallions to outside of the Netherlands. Please take note that we have to inform the NVWA in time about the export. For European shippings: Please register your stud in the European Database for TRACES. Your destination must be validated there, otherwise we can not send the semen.
  • We need complete information of the delivery adress and we need complete information of the mare owner (name , street, postal code, city , telephonenumber and emailadres, and if you have a VAT number.) Also we need all the mare details (Name, studbooknumber or a copy of the pasport) before delivery of the semen.
  • In case you use the semen for Embryo flushing: Studfee is charged for every flushed out embryo.
  • The studfee is exclusive costs for EU Health Certificate, Transport and VAT.
  • If the mare is not in foald before the 1st of October 2023, we need an official and signed veterinarian statement stating the mare is not in foald, then you get reduction the next season.
  • The transport of the semen is at the risk of the reciever.
  • We only ship out semen if we or your contactperson have received full payment of studfee before delivery of the semen.
  • The splitting of doses or straws is strictly forbidden.
  • Hengstenstation Gebr. van Manen accept no liability whatever for damage, sickness or injury to people, animals, transportation or otherwise.
  • Mares are inseminated entirely at the cost and risk of the owner.
  • By ordering and buying semen, the mare owner declares to have taken cognizance of these conditions and declares to fully agree with these services and payment conditions, as well as with the studfees.
  • Mares can bring and stay at our farm for inseminate.
  • Mares are standing for risk off the owner at our farm.
  • During the period of stay, the passport must be present at Gebr. van Manen.
  • The mares need to be vaccinated with influenza.
  • The mare should be health and in good condition.
  • When you are order fresh or frozen semen from Gebr. van Manen the general terms and conditions of the Dutch “Bond van Hengstenhouders”in the Netherlands are applied.
